Caledo is designed to manage workspaces, cards and tasks directly on your device. Protecting your data is a priority: we do not collect personal information, we do not sell data to third parties, and we do not show advertising.
Data handled by the app
Workspaces, cards and tasks
Caledo stores your workspaces, cards, tasks, procedure steps, attachments and app preferences locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to Caledo servers.
Storage — Free version
In the free version, all data is saved exclusively on your device. No synchronisation with external services takes place. If you uninstall the app or switch devices, your data cannot be recovered by Caledo.
iCloud sync — Premium version
With an active Premium subscription, data is synchronised via iCloud (CloudKit), Apple's cloud service. In this case data is stored on Apple servers in accordance with their privacy policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy. Caledo has no direct access to data synchronised via iCloud.
iOS Calendar
Access on authorisation
Caledo can read events from selected iOS calendars, but only after you have explicitly granted permission. Access can be configured per workspace from the app settings.
Limited use
Calendar data is read in read-only mode and used solely to display events within the app. It is never transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.
Notifications
Caledo can send local notifications to remind you of task deadlines. Notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not require a connection to external servers. You can disable them at any time from iOS Settings.
Control of your data
Data reset
You can delete all app data at any time from Settings → Data → Reset inside Caledo. This action is irreversible.
Uninstallation
Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device. If you have iCloud sync active (Premium), data remains in your iCloud account and can be deleted from iOS iCloud settings.
What we don't do
- We do not collect personally identifiable data
- We do not sell data to third parties
- We do not show advertising
- We do not use third-party trackers or analytics
- We have no access to the contents of your tasks
